Orchard’s Outdoor Learning Center is home to our School Garden. Mrs. Ray's passion in getting everyone involved in this outdoor education is inspiring!

In this outdoor classroom students have the opportunity to experience the life cycles that occur throughout the school year as they plant, tend, and harvest seasonal crops. Students visit the garden with their cross-grade level buddies, their classmates and teachers, or join the Garden Club to explore and learn in an integrated, hands-on way. 

 

Recently, our 2024 Spring Garden Gathering was a Community Event that feature this very special place.  Students, families, staff, and community members collaborate to share the natural wonders inspired by the season’s harvest in a variety of fun, educational, and rewarding experiences.
